QuickInstall Guide
Before You Start
- The OpenBuildings Designer SDK does not have an independent product license, but must be used on a current and properly licensed Bentley product, that is OpenBuildings Designer. You must also agree to the terms and conditions as specified in the End-User License Agreement (EULA) to install it.
- When installing or uninstalling this product, you must be logged on with Administrator rights.
- It is highly recommended that you close any programs and disable any antivirus software that is running prior to the installation of this software. Be sure to turn on your antivirus software when you are finished.
- If your system is protected by firewall, make sure you enable the following URLs on the firewall:

- The OpenBuildings Designer SDK requires software libraries (DLLs) that are delivered with MicroStation. To compile applications, make sure MicroStation is installed on your computer before you install the OpenBuildings Designer SDK.
